Efficient compression of particles and fibres. Compactors are specialised systems for separating, collecting and compacting particles and fibres from industrial air flows.

The separated materials are compacted continuously or discontinuously and discharged without pressure, which significantly reduces the volume and simplifies disposal or further processing. bg filtration offers various types of compactors for different materials: fibre compactors for textile fibres and nonwovens as well as dust compactors for dust and fine particles. The systems process air volumes of up to 10,000 m³/h and are designed for temperatures of up to 180°C. All compactors are customised to the product, the amount of material and the spatial conditions. Fibre compactor type FK

The FKA and FKC fibre compactors for separating and compacting various types of fibre material. The material is separated directly from the air flow in the compactor, compacted and can then be discharged into bags, containers or other receptacles.
