Drum filters enable the continuous filtration of large volumes of air with a high fibre content. Permanent cleaning during operation prevents pressure fluctuations in the system. bg filtration offers customised drum filters for a wide range of applications and air volumes.

Drum filters are specialised filter systems for the continuous separation of fibres and particles from large air flows. The air flows through a rotating filter drum from the inside to the outside, while rotating suction nozzles continuously clean the filter surface. This permanent cleaning during operation means that filter performance and pressure ratios remain constant. All drive elements are located on the clean gas side, which significantly simplifies maintenance and accessibility. Drum filters process air volumes of up to 130,000 m³/h and are designed for temperatures of up to 180°C. Pre-filter units for particularly high material loads are available as an option.
