VersaDrum Filter

Compact filtration of dusts and fibres. The VersaDrum filter combines several small drum filters in one compact unit, maximising the filter area in a minimum of space. 

 

Depending on the version, the filter has 8 (VDF-8) or 16 (VDF-16) individual filter bags, each of which is continuously cleaned by two rotating suction nozzles. The nozzles perform a superimposed longitudinal movement. In order to ensure a high filter performance with minimum extraction capacity, cleaning is carried out at two drums at intervals. The extracted material is transported to a separator by a conveying fan and discharged from the process.
